Why winter
Winter isn't a pause. It's preparation.
Nothing in nature blooms all year. The caterpillar doesn't hustle its way into wings. It goes inward first.
You've carried a lot this year. The business, the team, the family and the calendar all ran through you, and most women push through December on fumes and walk into January already behind.
The Winter Cocoon is the other way. It's a protected season to slow down without guilt, tell the truth about what's working, and build what's next before the rest of the world wakes up.

Who is the Winter Cocoon for?
Ambitious women who lead. Entrepreneurs, professionals, practice owners, executives, and the women holding a family together while they build something. If you're the one everyone leans on, this is your season.
Do I need to be a chiropractor?
No. AdjustHER started with women in chiropractic, but the Winter Cocoon is open to women in any field.
Why is there an application?
This circle is small on purpose. I want the right women in the room, and I want to know where you are before we begin. I read every application myself.
What happens after I apply?
I read every application personally. You'll hear back within three business days. If it's a fit, we'll send next steps and enrollment details.
How does Early Enrollment work?
Apply by November 30 and, if you're accepted, your investment is $2,497. Applications after November 30 are $2,997.
Is there a payment plan?
Yes. Let us know in your application and we'll walk you through the options once you're accepted.
What about the holidays?
Holiday flexibility is built in. We plan around Christmas and New Year's so you can be fully present with your people. Rest is part of the work.
What if I miss a session?
Life happens. Group sessions are recorded, so you can catch up on your own time. Your accountability circle will help you stay connected between calls.
What's your refund policy?
If something changes, you can withdraw for a full refund up to seven days before our December 16 kickoff. After that, your seat is reserved for you and the investment is non-refundable.
